An Attack on the Theories of Albert Einstein
This book is in the process of publication. Below are an introduction and table of contents.[24oct2007 - table of contents temporarily removed due to typing errors.]

The Great Destroyer of Hope is Dead Wrong! An Attack on the Theories of Albert Einstein
by N.I. Sequoyah
copyright 2006 by Nvwtohiyada Idehesdi Sequoyah

Albert Einstein was The Great Destroyer of Hope. Albert Einstein still is The Great Destroyer of Hope. We live on Earth, The Planet of Lost Hope. I say this tongue-in-cheek and seriously combined. "Tongue-in-cheek" because Einstein didn't destroy all of the hope in the world. "Seriously" because he certainly destroyed some very important hope.

Einstein's theories say that no object can accelerate to a speed faster than the speed of light. This means that no spaceship can travel faster than light, thus no spaceship could ever reach many other solar systems in the average lifespan of the average explorer because the distances are too great. The distances to other solar systems are so astronomically large that an average explorer would need a spaceship equipped with a FTL (faster than light) drive to explore many other solar systems before he or she died of old age. According to Einstein's theories, it would be impossible to invent a FTL drive. Thus in the heart of the explorer, Einstein has destroyed the hope of exploring many other solar systems. Well, as I shall point out later in this book, maybe not all of this hope has met destruction, but at least a big chunk of it has. Furthermore, Einstein has not just destroyed hope in the explorer's heart, but also In the hearts of tourists, travellers, settlers, colonizers, home-builders, miners, prospectors, visitors, and others who wish to go to many other solar systems and to distant regions of outer space.

In my chest beats the heart of a die-hard explorer. If I lived a million years, I could never forget how utterly depressed, dejected, and miserable I felt on the day Mrs. Franklin, our high school Physics teacher, lectured to our Physics class at Tahlequah High School, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, The Capital of the Cherokee Nation, that if Einstein's theories were correct, no person could visit many other stars in the course of a lifetime because no spaceship, per Einstein, can travel faster than Iightspeed and therefore it would take hundreds of years to visit many other stars at sublight speeds and the average lifespan was only 70 years. To me, this meant, if Einstein were correct, that my wonderful dream of exploring many other star systems was shattered into shreds and shards.

Of course, not everyone, hearing said news, suffers the depression I felt. Some people, the unwise, don't wish any human to lift off the planet. I guess I must be a special type of person to feel the abject misery I felt. One born with an explorer's heart might feel the despair I felt. Columbus, Magellan, and Captain Cook were such persons. Those who have tried to climb to the summit of Mount Everest are such. The first men and women to set foot in the Americas bore names which today are unknown, yet they were such souls. Their offspring became the first Native Americans. The two women who used kites to pull themselves to the South Pole were such people.

I am very proud to say that my body shall hold the soul of a die-hard explorer until the day I breathe in my last gasp of air. It is not just the explorer's spirit my incantations evoke. It is the immigrant spirit, the pioneer spirit, the adventurer's spirit. Those people who would like to go to the stars as miners, prospectors, explorers, tourists, travellers, settlers, immigrants, visitors, pioneers, adventurers, et al, hear the beat of my magic drum. This book is written especially for them. Einstein's erroneous theories have placed huge brakes on the advancement of Science, Technology, and Space Exploration. Einstein's errors have placed huge brakes on the progress of humanity. I shall try very hard in this book to release those brakes.

Unknownnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3384309590953323657.post-25930812219859251882007-08-24T21:54:00.000-07:002023-02-16T12:39:40.685-08:00Science FictionN.I. We are now close friends, I have become convinced that he is entirely innocent of any crimes with which he was charged and found guilty. His name is N. I. Sequoyah. His background as a Native American is Cherokee. As far as I can determine, he is, in the purest sens of the term, a political prisoner. Growing up in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, the city which became the headquarters of the Cherokee Nation after these Native Americans were forced by President Andrew Jackson to travel fromNorth Carolina and Georgia along what became known as the Trail of Tears in the 1830s, Sequoyah experienced not only the possibility - but the actuality - of prejudice. After having served honorably as a member of the United States Navy for ten years, he then continued as a non-violent activist, working for equal opportunities for all indigenous peoples. He even developed into a well-known and remarkably fluent Esperantist, having been attracted by the proven ability of the international Esperanto movement to foster unity and peace between and among nationalities and races by providing a neutral common bridge language. Consequent upon these activities of Sequoyah, he became suspect to the extent that, on international travels, he was frequently harassed at country border points at the behest of Intelligence interests of the United States. In 1984 and 1985, Sequoyah founded, in Switzerland, UNAP (United Nations of Autonomous Peoples). When he returned to the United States, Sequoyah was arrested in what was, apparently, a classic Cointelpro (Counter Intelligence Program) operation. He was saddled with many unsolved crimes. International agencies, working for justice for political prisoners, have taken up Sequoyahs cause. These include the Swiss section of Amnesty International2 and INCOMINDIOS (a Swiss-German acronym for the International Committee for the Indians of the Americas). INCOMINDIOS has proclaimed Sequoyah’s innocence and its support of him as a political prisoner. Such a proclamation has been made by the organization for only two Native Americans - Leonard Peltier and N. I. Sequoyah. [...] [Page 116]"

[...] Matthew R.D. In the last 3000 years the planet earth has given rise to only one member of the iroquoian family of languages: Poliespo.

"Po" is the abbreviaton of Poliespo which is the life long work of N.I.Sequoyah, a speaker of the iroquoian language Cherokee. N.I.Sequoyah was born in Tahlequah, the capitol of the Cherokee Nation.

As a child he noticed that he could say and think certain expressions much more rapidly in the Cherokee language than in english. He called these Cherokee expressions "Lightning bolts". He also noticed that there were certain expressions that could be pronounced and thought much faster in English than in Cherokee. When he was forced to study spanish in elementary
school he found "lightning bolts" there as well.

A question came to his mind: Why not collect the lightning bolts from various world languages, put them all together and baptize this a newly created world language?

He inquired among his friends, did research in libraries and concluded that no one had ever done that. He decided to do that work himself. Feeling that he was too uneducated to complete such a grandiose task, he decided to study languages, grammar etc., and maybe one day he would be
able to do it.

He named his language "anagalisgi" which is Cherokee for lightning. He learned to fluently speak Esperanto.

Poliespo is a mixture of Esperanto and Cherokee. It is a hybrid between Esperanto and iroquoian linguistics.

It is not possible to be a fluent speaker of Po without being a fluent speaker of Esperanto. Po uses all the affixes and word roots of Esperanto plus 2 Cherokee roots (Osijo = hello and tohoc = is peace, harmony and good health with you?) and over 200 affixes from the Cherokee language.
Poliespo has two parts: Idpo, the polisynthetic part, and Caespo, which is normal Esperanto.

Among the rules of the language are:

If someone doesn't understand a phrase it must be repeated not in idpo but in caespo.

If one needs to express oneself outside of idpo, one uses caespo.

In english and esperanto you have to use at least 3 words to express a subject, a verb and an object. In a polisynthetic language they are often enclosed in one single word.

Linguists classify the world's languages into 4 groups:
1. inflected (latin, greek)
2. aglutinative (japanese, korean, esperanto)
3. isolating (vietnamese, chinese)
4. polisynthetic (cherokee, bask, innuit, aztec)

A good linguist should know at least one of each of the 4 types.
Po provides two birds in one catch since idpo is polisynthetic and caespo is aglutinative.

If everyone became a po speaker, everyone would be an esperantist.
Polisynthetic words are almost always more useful and economic.
With po one has a choice. When idpo is more useful, use it!
When caespo is more useful, use it!

Po is the most rapidthinking language in the world. One may read and write in po faster than in native languages. By computer, one may perform miracles with po.

Imagine for example a born englishspeaking journalist who types all of his articles into his computer in po, presses a button and the computer instantly translates the text into english. Why doesn`t he type it in english? Because he can type faster in po.

Po greatly saves memory space, time, paper and money!

When one gains a new language, one gains a new soul. Po is your golden chance to acquire an Iroquoian spirit.

Order a copy of the "Fundamentals of Poliespo"
Price: DM 20.00 or SFr 20.00

Global Network for Survival
Oberau 63 E-Mail: NI.SEQUOYAH@GLOBNET.ZER
D 7800 Freiburg Mailbox: +49 761 39761
Tel +49 761 39928
West GermanyUnknownnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3384309590953323657.post-76182091811919145091992-11-01T02:44:00.000-08:002007-06-02T08:21:14.796-07:00Birgitta's text, 1992[Text by Birgitta Sequoyah, c.November 1992]

N.I. Sequoyah was born on January 3, 1952, in Tahlehquah, Oklahoma, under the English name Billy Ray Waldon. Already as a child he busied himself with languages. That is why he was given besides his first name Nvwtohiyada Idehesdi, which means "to live in peace, harmony, and good health," the name Sequoyah, after the inventor of the Cherokee alphabet. The wish to develop a world language which would be understood by all people was very significant for his future life. He had understood at a very early age that many of his schoolmates only had to repeat classes because they couldn't follow classes taught in English. Children who were able to communicate in Cherokee without any problems became total idiots as soon as English was involved. NIS started to build a language which would build a bridge between the pregnant Cherokee and the relatively clumsy English.

After he finished high school, NIS joined the US Navy. He completed courses and became an electronic warfare technician. This job led him to Japan, Korea, the Phillipines, and to Europe.

There he had his first contact with Esperanto. Esperanto influenced his own language project in such a way that he rewrote it and gave it its second name, Poliespo. At the time that he was in the Navy NIS gave various speeches about the Cherokee, their language and their culture. Those lectures at first concentrated on historical facts, but later on as he began to include the legal situation of the Cherokee and started to busy himself intensively with land rights and autonomy of his tribe, one started to become aware of him.

A man who called himself Mark Williams contacted NIS first. He presented himself as an affiliate of the US Secret Service and wanted NIS to work for that Secret Service. He should go to Nicaragua for the CIA and convince the Indians who lived there to fight together with the Contra against the Sandinistas, whom the Americans hated at that time. In return, after the overthrow of the Sandinista government, the Indians would be given autonomy. NIS refused.

He wanted to quit the Navy because the humanitarian goals of the Esperanto movement had become more important to him than a high monthly salary. In addition to that he had meanwhile contacted various members of the National Congress of the American Indians.

He founded, in 1984, four organizations which had become his life's core: The United Nations of Autonomous Peoples, the World Humanitarian Church, the World Esperanto Organization and the World Poliespo Organization.

In the summer of 1985 Birgitta Holenstein, who was traveling at that time as a tourist in the San Francisco area, overheard a heated discussion between two men at Fisherman's Wharf. As they turned around and left, one of them lost a piece of paper which fell out of his folder. Birgitta picked it up and gave it to him. The paper was a flyer for the World Humanitarian Church. The man with the folder was NIS. The other man was W, as Birgitta got to know according to NIS. She encouraged NIS to break of the contact with Williams because Williams seemed very suspect to her.

Shortly thereafter, Birgitta continued her trip but remained in contact with NIS, who traveled to Germany as the leader of a Esperanto youth delegation and participated in the Esperanto Universal Congress at Augsburg.

At that time he was already under observation by the Secret Service. His luggage was repeatedly searched and he had to undergo strip searchs at the borders of the different European countries through which he traveled. (Doc. 1) Also during this trip NIS was giving various speeches and was trying to recruit members for the four organizations.

The relationship between NIS and BH deepened by letter and telephone. Shortly after his return to California they agreed to meet in San Diego where they met on the 19th of December, 1985.

On the following day, 20th of December 1985, NIS told BH that he had an appointment with W. The reason for the appointment was a special bicycle that NIS had imported from Germany and which Williams wanted to buy from him. BH watched NIS and W disappear into a back alley together. As they didn't return after a while, BH went into the alley and looked around the corner and saw that NIS was lying on the ground unmoving. Beside him she saw W and two people wearing dark sweatshirts with the words Federal Agent printed in block letters. The two people were wearing ski masks. NIS was not moving any more, so BH suspected that he had been killed. Later BH observed W drive away in NIS's car.

What actually happened in San Diego BH learned five years later when NIS called her from his jail cell in SD. They had accused him of the following crimes: Three murders, ten rapes (nine of the rape charges were dropped shortly thereafter), numerous armed robberies, as well as arson. (Doc. 2)

As evidence the prosecution presented items that the police had found in NIS car: driver's licences of the victims of the armed robberies, a box of costume jewelry, a computer and computer equipment, a gold ring, a supermarket credit card, and numerous wallets.

NIS has been able to escape his assailants and had spent six months in the underground. During that time no crimes occured which one could have accused him of. The weapon which he carried at the time of his arrest, and which according to his testimony did not belong to him, had a totally different caliber than the weapons with which all of the crimes were committed. These weapons have never been found. The evidence in the car does not show a single fingerprint belonging to NIS. In June of 1986 NIS was arrested, again under very suspicious circumstances, and was incarcerated in the notorious San Diego County Jail.

Then followed a long fight for his right to represent himself after it had become very clear to him that his lawyers were betraying him.

NIS's family and friends were systematically intimidated by the FBI. The media published a campaign to destroy his reputation. Among other things NIS was branded as a homosexual carrying the AIDS virus. The results of the HIV test which he had to undergo in jail were negative.

In the beginning of 1991, BH visited the defendant several times in the San Diego County Jail and there the two of them finally did what they had already planned in 1985: They got married on the 9th of April.

After more than five years of imprisonment without trial, finally, in summer of 1991, the trial began. In this trial, prosecution witnesses admitted on the stand that their testimony was influenced by the prosecutor (Doc. 3), vital evidence was not permitted before the jury or was destroyed (Doc. 4). Defense witnesses were massively intimidated or sent home without having been permitted to testify (Doc. 5). The freedom of speech of the defendant (US Constititution Paragraph 1) was so limited that he could present less than 40% of his defense to the jury. The judge and the prosecutor mocked and ridiculed NIS's defense in the courtroom as well as to the media.

NIS in December of 1991 was found guilty by the jury and finally received the death penalty (Doc.6).

The death verdict was confirmed by Judge David M. Gill on February 1992 despite the intervention of numerous organizations, family members, and friends of the defendant (Doc. 7). Since March of 1992 NIS is incarcerated at San Quentin State Prison in an isolation cell. He is not entitled to receive any visits, doesn't have a chair or table, just the inside of a pen, paper, and a shaver without tip. The light in his cell is on twenty-four hours a day, and until now neither his family nor lawyers have been able to directly contact him. This threatens his right to appeal because the deadlines are passing by without being used.

"Framing" in the USA

NIS's is not a isolated case. Since the sixties numerous American Indian activists, Black people, or activists of human rights or environmental groups have wound up in jail under dubious or suspicious circumstances. The tactic to get rid of uncomfortable citizens through falsified evidence and influenced witness testimonies has been used in most of these cases. The former Black Panther leader, Geronimo Pratt, or the Lakota Leonard Peltier, American Indian Movement spokesperson, are only two examples of a long list.

Doc.1 excerpts of trial transcripts, dialog between Mr. Laturno, FBI, and Geraldine Russell, then attorney for NIS
Doc. 2 wanted poster
Doc. 3 excerpts of the trial transcripts, 1991, testimony of witness Copeland that his testimony was manipulated by Carpenter
Doc. 4 Police report that the pistol found on NIS in 1986 was destroyed
Doc. 5 testimony of ex-FBI Swearingen would have made if he had been allowed to testify
Doc. 6 San Diego Union Tribune article
Doc. 7 Letter from Charlotte Kohrs, statement by Birgitta
Doc. 8 Article: Framing of Geronimo Pratt
Doc. 9 Various newspaper articlesUnknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3384309590953323657.post-67026189129917371791991-06-08T05:31:00.000-07:002007-06-02T08:46:59.270-07:00Childhood dream: AnagalisgiAs a child he noticed that he could say and think certain expressions much more rapidly in the Cherokee language than in English.
